2025 was our first vintage of Sangiovese, and we thought a great first use of it was to blend with another Italian superstar, Aglianico, to make this Rosato – Italian for Rosé!
Watermelon, pink grapefruit, botanical bitters, red berry, and pomegranate. Bold and tart, flavour rushes and lingers, savoury grip with saline freshness. We are so happy to present this Rosato to you, our first field blend of these wonderful varieties.

This rosé-style was made with Aglianico and Sangiovese grapes. This is fresh, juicy and crisp but it also has good spread (of flavour) through the finish, which is always the surest sign of quality. Red cherry, fennel, watermelon and an array of fragrant, Italian herb characters – and a flash of blood orange too – all make for highly enjoyable drinking.
