We have added two new wines to our range from a vineyard on the edge. This is a very gratifying occasion for us as a family and team, with these exciting debut wines from the Breakneck Creek vineyard, on the eastern escarpment of McLaren Vale, tucked into the foothills and with stunning views of the Gulf St. Vincent and Mount Lofty ranges.

Our Sand Road vineyard has had a full regeneration in the past 20 years, with another two new varieties to be released in 2026. While this has all been happening Breakneck Creek vineyard has been producing outstanding Shiraz and Cabernet consistently since Dad planted it all back in 1993. Largely providing fruit for leading wineries in McLaren Vale and beyond, it has been highly regarded for a fine spectrum that is sublime on its own or providing an elegant uplift to fuller bodied classics.
Enter these two wines, Chenin Blanc and Tinto Shiraz, which are both new blocks regenerated in 2023. These wines are first crop, but rather than just being simple, they clearly portray the cool and contemporary side of this special place on the Vale’s edge.
