We have a similar assortment for spring each year, wines that we know are primed for release and getting outdoors again, but also the right balance for the diversity of foods from the region this time of year – bursting with vegetables, dairy, seafood and salads, a lighter touch, but also it is lamb season, which means Shiraz for us!
The crew have decided on new releases of 2025 Vermentino, 2025 Shiraz, and our two modern blends, 2024 Grenache Mataro and 2024 Touriga Tempranillo. Our Rosato (Aglianico and Sangiovese) from 2025 is looking stunning after a year in bottle, we have a small amount left so is ideal for sharing at cellar door until it is sold out.
