Our 2025 Mataro Rosé featured in The Real Review’s Top Drops
Our Hither & Yon 2025 Mataro Rosé, recently featured in The Real Review’s Top Drops by wine writer Melissa Moore. Awarded 92 points and Top Value, our Mataro Rosé was also ranked #7 (out of 20) among 2025 McLaren Vale Rosés reviewed by The Real Review.
In her review, Melissa highlights the wine’s pale salmon colour, aromas of strawberries and cream, rose petals and wet pebble minerality, alongside its generous texture, refreshing acidity and dry finish. Made from Mataro (also known as Mourvèdre), this Rosé reflects our love of working with alternative varieties in McLaren Vale. It's a fresh, textural and versatile wine, made for long lunches, good food and warmer days.
The review also acknowledges our approach to regenerative viticulture, including the use of cover crops and grazing livestock to support healthier soils and greater biodiversity across our vineyards.
