What beautiful autumn weather we have been having, we love this time of year – all of the recent vintage wines are tucked away, vines resting, pruning will start soon and we are seeding our cover crops and moving animals in for their winter grazing. The fire is on at home and at cellar door now as well, time slow, food and wine enjoyed more around the table than in the great outdoors.
