Cover crops are in and growing nicely, and we have livestock in grazing, constantly moving them so we get fresh regrowth continuously, pumping carbon and nitrogen back into our soils. Around that the team have been pruning and training, we are well over the half-way mark. It really is a light footprint season for us, giving the vines a rest, adding (natural) nutrients to our soils, and setting up the architecture of what we hope to achieve when the growing season starts.
