Pretty and bright but with extra texture and depth, food friendly - is the best way to sum up our new list, now on pour at cellar door. We start with French inspired aromatic, fresh and fruity styles of Petit Blanc and Rosé (Mataro / Mourvèdre) to go with new season oysters and other fresh local catch. The reds are a Spanish heritage trio for exciting grilled protein and pot dish matches: Tempranillo, Mencia and Grenache Carignan. These wines have an array of berry, herbs and earth flavours with trademark spice and tannin, have a swirl in big glasses or a carafe!
