90 points, SA Wine Guide 2025, Shanteh Wale:
A delicate rose petal pink hue. Cherry blossom, watermelon rind and alpine
strawberries. A wisp of cotton candy and rhubarb. The palate shows more Red
Delicious apples and some savoury dried meat tones. Paprika and biltong. It’s dry and finishes with a nectarine blush. A perfect wine for almost all food possibilities. A good all around Rosé. Drink now.

Reviews of 2024 Mataro Rosé:

Mataro, Mourvèdre, Monastrell. Call it as you wish, but the most important thing here is that it can shine by itself without being the third wheeling in the GSM love story. It opens with fresh mulberries, black cherries, and pomegranate. It’s vibrant and fragrant, with an earthy, herbal component that reminds me of somewhere, under the summer sun, around the coastal area of Southern France. On the palate is ample, spicy, savoury and scream for some Cassoulet.
