What to do with my HAPPY CAPI pack?

If you've been following us on social media or coming to our cellar door you would probably have noticed our passion for CAPI Sparkling. We love that they are an Australian brand like us, and that they make great products to share and have fun with while being actively involved in the community.
This is the kind of spirit we like!
You can read here the little feature they wrote about our team last month. 
This year, we decided to collab' with them to create a special pack: HAPPY CAPI. 
It includes:
1 x 750ML CAPI SPARKLING WATER 
1 x CAPI BEACH TOWEL
1 x 2020 PETIT BLANC
1 x 2020 ROSÉ
1 x 2019 TEMPRANILLO
1 x 2019 TOURIGA

HAPPY CAPI

The HAPPY CAPI is a great starter pack to reproduce our favourite CAPI x Hither & Yon cocktails:

Rose on Rosé
Ingredients:

Ice
75ml Lillet Blanc
75ml Hither & Yon Rosé
30ml CAPI Soda
Edible flowers

Directions:
In a wine glass, add Lillet Blanc, rosé and soda.
Fill glass to the top with ice. Add edible flowers to garnish.

Rose on Rosé
 
Palm Springs
Ingredients:

Ice
90ml Hither & Yon Petit Blanc
30ml Adelaide Hills Bitters
60ml CAPI Soda
Blood orange crescent
Lemon thyme

Directions:
In a wine glass, pour in Petit Blanc, Adelaide Hills Bitters and CAPI Soda. Fill glass to the top with ice. Garnish with blood orange crescent and lemon thyme.

Palm Springs

Tinto de Verano
Tinto de Verano

Ingredients:
120 ml Hither & Yon Tempranillo
120ml CAPI Lemonade
Lemon Wheel

Directions:
In a collins glass add Hither & Yon Tempranillo and CAPI Lemonade.
Add ice and give a quick stir.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.

 
Red Wine Mule
Red Wine Mule

Ingredients:
60 ml Hither & Yon Touriga
120 ml CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer
Orange Twist and Rosemary Sprig

Directions:
In a collins glass add Hither & Yon Touriga and CAPI Ginger Beer.
Add ice and give a quick stir.
Garnish with an orange twist and a rosemary sprig.
