We love this time of year, all things harvest and festivals, rising to a peak of activity (craziness!) in March, before we turn into the shoulder season when autumn calms us back to earth. This does bring some change to our sharing occasions and palates, so we have a reboot on our offerings for you.

Vintage 2025 is rocking along, we are picking every day, but also being careful to select on the moment when the fruit is optimum balance and full of flavour, with opportunity for the best ferment space and time in the winery - not easy. We are in to harvesting reds now, with parcels of Shiraz, Grenache and Pinot coming in over the next few days, the classics if you like, before we move into the futurists, which seem to be revelling in the drought - Aglianico, Nero, Mencia, Sangiovese, Touriga and other crew.

Right plant – right place, seems to be working for us as our diverse variety mix are efficiently drawing water from our healthy, regeneratively farmed soils in these tough conditions, which will stretch harvest out for us longer than most into the cool zone.
We will keep you up to date as it unfolds and can’t wait to share the 2025’s with you later in the year, very happy so far!
