The 2024 South Australian Living Artists Festival (SALA) is Australia’s largest and most inclusive visual arts festival, which takes place in galleries and non-traditional arts spaces across South Australia annually, during the entire month of August.
We are proud to be the wine partner this year and also the sponsor of the Venue Award - awarded to a venue that has exceeded expectations in supporting artists exhibiting during the SALA Festival. SALA enriches communities and audiences, and supports and nurtures South Australian visual artists, and we are immensely proud to be involved.
This year we will also be hosting ‘Softly Spoken’ at our Willunga cellar door ~ a SALA exhibition featuring artworks by Mary Zammit and Natalie Andersen. Through painting and photography, Mary and Natalie capture light, colour and movement within the landscape. Opening night for the exhibition is on Saturday 3rd August (4-7pm) and we extend an open invitation for you to join us, meet the artists, view their beautiful artwork and enjoy a glass of wine. If you can't make opening night, you can view the exhibition during cellar door opening hours throughout the month of August.
